TicketSource is a UK-based self-service ticketing platform used by community theatres, schools, churches, small venues, local festivals and amateur societies. Organisers list and sell their own events; the price you see is the organiser's price, and TicketSource's fee is borne by the organiser in most configurations, so buyers typically pay no additional booking fee.
It is not where you will find arena tours, but for grassroots events across the UK and Ireland it is one of the most common ticketing systems, and often the only place a given local production is sold online. Tickets are delivered as e-tickets.
Things to watch for
- Refund terms are set by the organiser.
- UK/Ireland focus; little relevance for North American events.
