AXS is a primary ticketing company owned by AEG, one of the world's largest live-entertainment promoters. It is the official box office for many AEG venues and tours and for a growing number of independent venues and festivals. Tickets are delivered as AXS Mobile ID tickets with rotating barcodes, and AXS runs its own official resale marketplace within the same system so transfers are seamless.
Because it is a primary seller, buying on AXS means face value plus the fees negotiated with the venue. Those fees vary by event but are generally in line with other primary platforms. Presales and queue-based on-sales work much like Ticketmaster's. AXS is less universal than Ticketmaster — whether an event is on AXS depends entirely on who tickets the venue.

- Only relevant for venues and tours ticketed by AXS; check the venue's site.
- Mobile ID tickets require the AXS app; paper or PDF is not usually offered.
