TixPanda ("we", "us") operates the ticket price-comparison website at tixpanda.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We respect your privacy and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Search activity: the events, artists, and venues you search for, to return results and improve the service.
- Approximate location: with your permission (browser geolocation) or an approximate location derived from your IP address, used only to show events near you. You can decline location access.
- Device & usage data: standard log data (browser type, pages viewed, referring page) and anonymous analytics.
- Outbound clicks: when you click through to a ticket platform, we record the platform and event (not your identity) to measure which links are useful and to attribute affiliate referrals.
How we use it
To operate and improve TixPanda, show relevant events, measure performance, and attribute affiliate referrals. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Affiliate networks you click through to may set their own cookies to attribute purchases — see each platform's privacy policy.
