About TixPanda
What TixPanda is
TixPanda is a price and availability comparison tool for event tickets — concerts, sports, theater, comedy, and festivals. Think of it as a search engine that checks many ticket sites at once so you don't have to open ten tabs. We show you what each site has for the event you searched, side by side, and link you to the seller.
We hold no ticket inventory and we process no payments. Every purchase happens on the seller's own website, under the seller's terms, prices, and buyer guarantee. TixPanda never sees your card details and never takes a cut of the ticket price you pay.
Who runs it
TixPanda is operated by Tyler Frank, Stateline, Nevada, USA. It is an independent, bootstrapped project — we are not owned by, or affiliated with, any ticket marketplace.
How we rank results
Each listing receives a Value Score so you can compare offers from different sites on a single scale. The score blends four inputs:
- Price competitiveness (about 45%) — the listed price compared with the cheapest comparable listing for the same event (same currency and same price type: face value vs. lowest resale listing). Each 1% above the cheapest costs 2.5 points. Prices are before fees.
- Platform trust (about 30%) — a per-site trust rating based on track record, dispute handling, and transparency.
- Fee load (about 15%) — how much the site typically adds in buyer fees at checkout.
- Buyer guarantee (about 10%) — whether the site backs the ticket with a money-back or replacement guarantee.
When listings are not like-for-like, we do not rank their prices against each other. The "Lowest price" badge appears only when the cheapest comparable listing is at least 3% cheaper than the next.
Affiliate relationships never influence ranking. A site we earn a commission from is scored by exactly the same inputs as one we don't. You can also re-sort results by price or trust score at any time.
How we make money
Some of the outbound links on TixPanda are affiliate links. If you click through and buy, the ticket site may pay us a commission. That commission comes out of the seller's margin — it does not raise the price you pay. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Data sources
Event and price data comes from the Ticketmaster Discovery API and other official partner APIs where we have access. For sites without an API, TixPanda provides a clearly labelled search link that takes you straight to that site's results for your event. In total we link to 50+ ticket sites across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Prices shown are the published face-value range (Ticketmaster) or the lowest listed resale price (where a marketplace provides it), before fees, and may be out of date; listings without a seller-provided price are labelled "See prices".
