SeatGeek began as a ticket search engine and still shows it: every listing carries a Deal Score that rates price against seat quality, and a toggle lets you browse on prices with fees included from the first screen. It is a resale marketplace for most events and the official primary ticketing partner for a number of sports teams and venues, where it sells face-value tickets directly and delivers them natively in its app.
SeatGeek's buyer fees generally sit a little below StubHub's and Vivid Seats', and its app is widely considered the cleanest in the category. Inventory is broad for US sports and major concerts, somewhat thinner for international and niche events. Its Buyer Guarantee is in line with the other major marketplaces.
Things to watch for
- Check whether a listing is primary (face value) or resale; both appear in the same results.
- The fees toggle is off by default in some views — turn it on before comparing.
